Help is this spider poisunious?

ewww in my kithen we have trapped this spider im scared beacuse i dont know if it is poisunious!!i live in illlinois by the way.ok so this spider has a round but.like a ball that is light brown.it has long gross legs that are tranperant and red. with long red fangs.it also has a small gross black head!!!! help!!
