How can i add more than 4 applications on my wall tab on facebook?

i have most of my applications in my 'boxes' tab..so iwant some on my profile..but evrytime i add one..it removes another one..i want to add a few mor on the profile..is there a limit to how many i can put? my friends have more than 5 on theirs.
