What finches can live in an outdoor aviary in ireland without a heater?

Probably not many and its hard/expensive to heat an outdoor aviary (I live in Ireland). Why not either choose a more robust breed or have an indoor wall flight. I used to keep/breed Bengalese finches and later a pair of lovebirds in a 5ft x 2ft x 2ft indoor flight.
