What film has the intro scene of a man on a speeding motorcycle while sleeping. I think it has 'hotel' in it?

What film has the intro scene of a man on a speeding motorcycle in the freeway while sleeping, then eventually standing up, brushing his teeth and even pissing while standing upright. I think it has the word 'hotel' in it. What went into my mind before was hotel paradiso, but i searched it and that wasn't it. There was also a scene where a client from the hotel asked to 'serve the chicken undressed', where they went in to serve the meal without clothes on. Another scene was when the two men where trying to hook up the key in the drawer of a room from the vent, they accidentally hook a sleeping man's nip**es, until it gets ripped off. It ends when a client barfs up a huge green blob, due to the radioactive food served to her/him.
