Did I eat the right things today? TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT! help me please?

Eat two meals a day, stick with sandwiches, salads, and meal replacement shakes. Drink lots of water. Also, run at least 3 times a week. You will lose weight. I dropped 25 lbs. in a few weeks and I was one of those people who never thought I would lose it. Since you weigh a lot more than I did, you will lose it even faster.
