Have you ever noticed funny people's eyes?

I was thinking about friends of mine who are really funny. They all have this glazed over look in their eyes, their eyes look totally relaxed and I get that part, but their actual eye, I guess the best way to describe it is that it looks misty, like there is actual fog in their eyes. Has any one else noticed this? Think about Dave Chapelle, Dave Hughes or Hamish blake - if anyone knows what I'm talking about what do you think that is? Its like their eyes are seeing the world differently to everyone else
