How Does One Contact a Yahoo! Moderator with Ideas?

I've now seen the same question three times: why is there an area for "Women's Studies" and not "Men's Studies"? Honestly, I have no idea why. There seems to be an interest in a forum to discuss men's issues, and I'd very much like to bring the idea to a moderator. However, after browsing the site for the last half hour, I've yet to find out how. Can anyone help?
