If she's smart, she isn't going to leave the ball in your court, she's going to walk away from you just as fast as her legs can carry her. Just in case she is infatuated with you and doesn't make that decision, do it for her. You mention your concern that the child looks too much like its biological parent and that you don't want to go through the baby years, so leave.
