Recruiter said to not mention counseling to MEPS.?

I joined the DEP about a year ago and I mentioned to my recruiter that I had a few visits to a counselor for an evaluation. I went because I had bad grades in school so my parents recomended that I talk to someone. I didn't really care so I went to talk to the guy for a few visits and he basically told me to **** off and said there was nothing wrong with me. I told my recruiter this and he said not to mention it because it didn't really count as counseling. But now I'm leaving for boot camp in about 5 days and I am worried that this will come back to bite me in the ***. Should I leave everything as it its or try and tell MEPS and risk getting kicked out?
