Rules in Sai Ram Engineering College?

Hi I am gonna join PG course in Sai ram institute of technology and i'm gonna stay in hostel.Can you pls tell me whether mobile phones are allowed in campus or hostel?They didn't mention abut this in prospectus.Also many ppl are saying that this college is very strict.pls share your thoughts regarding this too......
