Truth about federal agents who hunted vampires.?

the other day i asked a question about vampires. i spoke af FBI agents who hunted vamps. i was partially incorrect...they were not FBI. there was (is?) a federal agency called the Vanguard. those who worked there were charged with the task of hunting vamps. it is based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. I used to live in N.M. so i know that this much is true. there is a man by the name of Dr. Hugh Pecos (i think) who is trying to get a memorial made honoring the many agents who lost their lives for the Vanguard. he's an old guy who at one time worked there as well. can sum 1 tell me about vampires? serious ppl please. no need to insult. thanx.
