Where can I find information on New York City business taxes?

I'm starting a business but I'm not sure if I want to go with S-Corp or LLC. I've already met with a lawyer and I'm meeting with an accountant soon. But before I go into the meeting I'd like to educate myself a bit more on NYC and NY State business taxes. Something as basic as possible. Thank you!
