Is this common in Cebu or anywhere?

Has it ever occured to you that they don't consider ever letting you keep this land? I mean they will do what they must to trick you or fight you in the end out of what you are paying for. THese people are crazy and don't want to do anything with you but take your money. In no time another person (one day once you ahve paid everything or fixed up the place) will show up with the real deed. I would get out of this first chance you can.
