Does anyone of a safe fat burner I can take? I take kickboxing cles three times a week and run about two miles a day. I'm looking for something I can take while exercising to burn more fat. Please let me know. Thanks guys =)

Prevent cardiac arrest when dieting?

im a 16 year old guy and i started dieting a few days ago. I heard of some teens going into cardiac arrest and actually dying from there sudden change of diet. Every day i will eat sultana bran, 3 pieces of fruit, roast beef and salad sandwhich on whole meal bread, and pumpkin soup. So am i at risk of going into cardiac arrest and if so how do i prevent it?

question on here as I have answered hundred of these similar questions. Maybe I'm just aggravated and discouraged in my particular situation. LMP was Jan. 23. I run a 30 day cycle. So.... that means that AF is now 10 days late. Me and my husband had been ttc since August I believe. I have had 1 miscarriage for sure and one "suspected" miscarriage. Okay. So, I did the hpt (3 different brands because I definately expected a BFP) this am. (for first morning pee) Only I found all BFN. I am so confused by this. I am not known to have low hcg levels in the beginning as I have had 2 full term pregnancies. With both I got BFP a week before my period was even due. I don't have tender or sore because I have had a reduction and the feeling isn't all there. However, I have been extremely tired for no reason at all. I slept Friday night 9pm-8am. went back to sleep at about 1230pm on saturday and slept until 9pm saturday night. Woke up went back to sleep at 12 and woke up at 10am sunday. It just seems like to much sleep for me. I just know I'm pregnant, but I'm getting BFN. i don't want to go to the doctor just yet for a blood test. My question, I guess is, how many have had similar situations that really were pregnant?

How do you get a child with a HORRIBLE gag reflex to take medication?

Our 3 year old son will not/usually can't, take his medications, which often taste horrible I admit. He has some food allergies (some of which I think have yet to be identified). He has been prescribed all sorts of things, including basic antibiotics for sinus infections, ect..... He has a VERY strong gag reflex and whenever you get him to take it, either willingly or by making him, he often gags and throws up. We have always tried both liquid and pill form, pills usually crushed, (he won't swallow whole pills for the same reason), and mixed with all sorts of different things to mask the taste. We have found nothing that will get it by him, and believe me we have tried EVERYTHING we can think of or has been suggested. G koolaid has been the only, (but very seldom), successful thing tried. He has been to lots of doctors for various issues (including gastro, so yes, the gag reflex has been addressed with several doctors, with no answers or suggestions we haven't tried). As a parent, I feel it is my responsibility to get my child to take the medication prescribed to him, but most of the time it is simply impossible. It would seem unnecessary, if not downright mean, to have to take him in for IV's of everything because he won't take it. Anyone else out there had the same problem and found a magical way of making it work? This is seriously not your average kid that won't take his medicine.

How long does it take to learn the Fridrich Method?

It only took me about a day, but it can be very frustrating to learn. F2L is probably the hardest because it's intuitive, but you'll get the hang of it. There are many videos on YouTube that explains it. Also, you don't have to memorize all 78 algorithms. I use the Fridrich Method and use only about 15 algorithms. Once you get good you solve the Rubik's Cube much faster. My record is 29.43 seconds!

What finches can live in an outdoor aviary in ireland without a heater?

Probably not many and its hard/expensive to heat an outdoor aviary (I live in Ireland). Why not either choose a more robust breed or have an indoor wall flight. I used to keep/breed Bengalese finches and later a pair of lovebirds in a 5ft x 2ft x 2ft indoor flight.

like you, I do miss the 'hanging out' together thing that we used to have at the old church..........but back then, we had things that we did together, like taking care of the old folks' yards and painting their porches and stuff (we were youngsters then).... I know this has been asked in a different way but my husband is a non-practicing Catholic and I am Methodist.?

I do not agree with some of the principles of Catholicism as well as there are somethings that my husband disagrees with it. He is a believer in confession and the Pope. I am trying to think of churches that would be somewhere between Catholic basics and Methodist principles. I am very open-minded and expect the same of any church that I go to. He really feels obligated to be a Catholic church even though he disagrees with some fundamentals because his mother raised him that way even though his father was an atheist. Are there any churches that could be a happy medium for us both? Don't be judgmental in you answers please, because none of us is perfect. I have a very strong distaste for Catholicism since my last visit to church with his mother in Mexico where the priest decided to lecture on how USA had an evil influence on Mexico.

Honestly, no. I've had OCD (along with social anxiety disorder and generalized anxiety disorder) for quite a long time and have tried Lexapro, Zoloft, Prozac, Cymbalta, Seroquel, Abilify, and Neurontin. However, we're all different. Medication works for most people. It is not a cure however: cognitive and theutic methods are very important. As far as the intrusive thoughts go, I used to have them very often and they caused me much distress. I had thoughts about , blasphemous religious thoughts, and thoughts about . I got over them without the help of medication, however. What you have to do is not care if you have the thoughts or not. I know that's a very easy thing to say, but I thought I would never get out of it and I did get out of it. Just don't care if you have the thoughts. Let them p. I don't know how to explain it any better than that. I wish you the best of luck, though. We're all in this together.

I accepted a job out of desperation 4 months ago and now I hate it?

I don't know what to do. I took a job that was through a placement agency (it's a regular job - not a temp job, meaning the actual company pays me). I was told if I left within a year I'd have to pay back the $4000 fee the company paid the placement agency to find me. Well it's been 4 months and I'm miserable. I was out of work for 4 months and desperate for income so I took the job (under the impression it would be a higher level job). It's not higher level. It's really low level. I'm bored to death. I did not sign ANYTHING saying I agreed to pay back $4000 if I left. Do you think if I find another job in the meantime I'd be held to that? I was only told verbally by the placement agency and the actual company I work for said NOTHING.

Perhaps hes learned to ociate food with anxiety. If you push them too hard to do something they may react to it in a negative way. Because hes an older toddler now you need to get help from a child behaviourist or psychologist straight away rather from a dietian this seems pretty urgent to me as it looks more than just fussy eatting. I think you can get medicine from the doctor so that they get more hungry and eat. Theres a toddler vitamin syrup from tescos called wellbaby that he can take so that he has some nutritian.

I have 6 deep cycle marine batteries permanently connected to a 120 watt solar panel with a charge controller and power inverter. I don't have much running on this system other than LED lighting and thats few lights. I also have a PC that i use for a few hours some days, and a small flat panel TV used for 1-2 hours a day. Some nights I know I will need to run my little electric heater just to warm me up while I sleep or fall asleep. I don't plan to leave it on longer than 4 hours at a time at night mostly. I have noticed that my batteries recharge very fast and I don't think this would drain them completely if I use the heater responsibly. What can you guys suggest, I'm not to eager to get more propane burning, since I already have a propane stove. I noticed that it takes one 1pound propane tank every 3-4 hours to run a propane heater so thats not a cheap option. Can someone share some knowledge pls.

Boyfriend fainting twice after day of heavy drinking, should I be worried?.?

My boyfriend (who is in this late 20s) went drinking with his buddies from 3pm to about 8:30pm and had about 10 beers. Then went to use the bathroom around 3:00 the morning after and fainted waking me up and then fainted again when he tried to stand up again. I had him sip some oj and he seemed ok after that. This Practically frightened the living crap out of me. But as for his drinking habits he will usually have one or two beers depending on how he's feeling, and will once in a great while drink heavily, should I tell him to see the dr? I actually drink way more than he does and have never fainted during or after drinking so this is a little concerning to me. Or maybe his body isn't used to the sudden heavy drinking. Idk

First of all, you ARE her parent. Even though she is not your biological child, do you treat her, love her, and care for her as though she is your own? The bio-dad of my children has no contact with them. In fact, he's never laid eyes on our son, who will be 4 in December. He's not spoken to or attempted to speak to our daughter, who was 20 months old when we left, and is now 6. He did talk to her on the phone for about 4 months after I left him, but all communication ceased when I would listen in on their conversation, and heard him telling her things about me that were inappropriate. It was then in the best interest of my kids for him to no longer speak to them. The way I see it is this: my children's lives are not a revolving door for him to enter and exit at his convenience. It isn't healthy for them to go through that. So in regards to your step-daughter, my suggestion is you and your husband seek counseling for her, then ask the bio-mom what her plans are. Is she going to remain an active part of her daughter's life, communicating on a regular basis and physically visiting her, or is she going to abandon all responsibility? Luckily for me, my children's bio-dad is giving up his parental rights to my 2 kids so that my husband, who my children call Daddy, can adopt them at the end of the year. That is what my husband, both of my kids, and I want to happen. That sort of thing may not be what your family would want to do, but if bio-mom is going to continue a behavior that is destructive to her child, your step-daughter may, now or in the future, want this to happen so that she feels more secure in your family unit. Hi, first i say it's probably best to just spend the $2 bucks on the hook that's called for (especially for a beginner). Honestly if you enjoy crocheting than I'd say get ALL the hooks so you can easily adjust a project without having to run to the store when your feeling inspired... Either way you need to do a test swatch, there is usually a reference to it in the beginning of the pattern, such as 3 st = 1inch or something like that. So when you do your swatch with any hook and/or yarn you should have 3 stitches =1 inch. Cast on about 25 sts and make about 15 rows, then you get a ruler and without pulling flatten the swatch and see how many sts = 1 inch.So if you're getting only 2 sts =1 inch, you can use a thinner yarn or smaller hook. 4 sts =1 inch a thicker yarn or larger hook. I know its confusing in the beginning but keep at it you'll get the hang of it! I hope this helps. Also a great reference book that is well written and even has a sense of humor as well as awesome patterns is The Happy Hooker by Debbie Stoller. Im 5'7 151 lbs. I just got the bottom to work on. My diet now is watch what I eat. Im not big on reading the labels, but I did eat chicken mostly for dinner with some veggies and salad. As a criminal justice student myself, I have also put thought into this. I do not think that the media helps in deterring crime at all, and I do think that it causes more fear, not in doing crime..but for the people who watch the evening news and find that the convenient store down the street from their home just got robbed. I think people should be aware of their surroundings and what goes on in their community, but I also think the media sensationalizes some stories. However, I think the media can be very helpful in the capturing of criminals and with Amber alerts. As far as deterring crime, not in the least bit. I have been told that the only way to heal shin splints is to rest up. I have 2, 1.5 hour long athletics (100m) training a week and 1 football session a week. I also cycle 23 miles a day to get to work. To heal my shin splints do I have to stop all of these things or just go a bit more gently?

I'm will be a high school junior in the fall. I have always gotten straight a's, except I got a B+ in chem this year (horrible teacher, and I would take responsibility, but it is NOT my fault). But my GPA is still a 4.0 because I took an AP this year. Next year I am taking 4 AP's and 5 as a senior, so as long as I get a's in those I will still have a GPA well over 4.0. I am in one of the most rigorous schools in the US. I get perfect/almost perfect on my standardized tests (SAT's, SAT II's, PSAT, etc.)I also do three sports and participate in many clubs, which I have taken leadership positions in, as well as charity work. BUT: I am really worried that this B+ will blow my chances of getting into an Ivy League college (like Yale, Princeton, Harvard) because they can just see it as a reason to cut me. Will it make a difference if I take AP chem as a senior, and get an A in that, so they can see that I do know chem, and not a complete idiot. Any answers? 10 points to the best one

Im not sure if the males urinate more with females around, they like to leave their smell around anyway, females nearby or not. Be careful about cleaning the cage too much as they dont like the clean smell and will spray to make it more homely anyway. A good idea to help reduce smell is to sprinkle bi-carb soda under the bedding as it helps absorb the smells. Or place a bowl or bi-carb soda next to the cage :) hope that helps you out a bit... oh and apparently you can get some special formula to mix with their water which is not dangerous to their health but minimises the smell or their urine :)

Recruiter said to not mention counseling to MEPS.?

I joined the DEP about a year ago and I mentioned to my recruiter that I had a few visits to a counselor for an evaluation. I went because I had bad grades in school so my parents recomended that I talk to someone. I didn't really care so I went to talk to the guy for a few visits and he basically told me to **** off and said there was nothing wrong with me. Need Help Getting First Credit Card at 19?

I understand under the Credit Card Act of 2009 those under 21 cannot be approved unless he/she can provide sufficient income or have a co-signer. I currently am a college student and have a part time weekend job for the past six months. I have not applied for any credit cards yet and have a checking account but want to apply for a credit card. I have checked many credit card sites and found a couple of good offers for those with limited to no credit history. In the application online they say for those under 21 please provide personal income. However, I cannot locate any locations to input my personal income except my Household income which I believe is my job family and my income combined. I am not sure how to provide income in this case and even if there where I do not know if I will be approved even though I have a job. I really want to get a credit card since I want to build credit and my parents will not co-sign for me. Before anyone goes on about why I should not worry about getting into debt and just use your debit card or that you have to be 21 to get a credit card please understand that I know the implications of manage my finances and have read the new laws for obtaining a credit card and it clearly states I can obtain one without a co-signer as long as I can provide income. My problem is that I cannot find anything more than providing my household income or in some cases just my employers name. What steps can I take to raise my chances of being approved for a student credit card since I have individual income and a bank account. Thank you.

i have a Glow-Worm Flexicom 30cx gas boiler in my kitchen, and ive turned it on, and i have this little pad on the wall, and to set the heating it has programms, either, on continiously, or once- which is on at first on, off at last off, automatic, or off, i dont know which one to put it on so it doesnt use to much gas, i want it so if i turn the dial down by the wall the boiler will go off, but if i turn the dial up on the wall, the boiler will automatically go on? which setting do i put it on?

Oh , I wouldn't worry. It's probably just very early on! The first positive I got was so faint it almost looked like the shadow of a line, and I wasn't even sure if it was there or not. Why does my dog scratch at certain areas on our carpet ?

We have a 14 year old er spaniel and recently have noticed her scratching (nesting) in certain areas of our living room carpet which is probably destroying the carpet in spots not to mention, is driving us up the wall.
